Moab, the greatest Peace Corp dog ever!
I got him for protection. My villagers were terrified of him since he was big and black so in their minds that equaled deadly! But this lab was only ever guilty of licking a person to death, maybe eating my dona's prized chicken too. He actually worked with me on teaching local children about the importance of not abusing animals. He came to the school and other education sessions to show that animals have feelings too, and well treated and trained can be man's best friend.

The Things We Were Forbidden to Do!
In the Peace Corp in the Dominican, it was forbidden to do many things or else face being kicked out. In this photo, I did two of those: rode a motorcycle without a helmet and drove a motorcycle!

Hopefully they will remember when it matters most!
This is a picture of my youth group learning to put condoms on using coke bottles as props. One of my students, Arnarldo, said to me at the end of the day, "I just hope I can remember how to put it on when it matters most!" He meant it innocently but it sure made the entire class start laughing!
