Third Goal

Bio:

I came to Peru as a Peace Corps Volunteer in June 2008.  I served for two years in the Andes Mountains, 23 hours by bus from the capital, Lima.  After studying business in college, I developed projects as a small business volunteer, working especially on formalization of business through the legal Peruvian system.  In addition I worked with the local artisans and apple farmers.  It was an amazing two years, and I am happy to share my story.

I also fell in love with my in-country tech trainer.  We are now engaged and live in Lima (he no longer works for Peace Corps).  Something about reverse-culture shock that I am not ready to experience yet.  I now work in Peru's #1 business grad school as in their dept. of international coordination.  Life is good.
