Bio:
Harlan Green is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and community activist who was Rural Community Developer in a Turkish Village. I have carried on these activities in my Santa Barbara, CA community, including being President of a local Rotary Club that supports projects in Eastern Congo for abused women ofrom their civil war, and worldwide eradication of polio.

Vermont Saw Mill
This was running of longest-running water powered sawmill in Vermont that was retored by Turkey V PCVs in 1964 during training. I revisited Calais, Vermont site in 2009. Restoration has been written up in Boston Globe, among other newspapers.
