They can smell my fear…
Yes, I think they can smell fear, and no I am not talking about hyenas, or jackals; I am talking about camels. Those damn camels! I love them even though they are being big jerks. I am becoming scared of them. A few weeks ago, a camel was strangely offended by me. He had run towards me, kicking up his heels and tossing his head like a silly, upset horse. So this week Julia, Caitlin and I all decided we should go out to Caitlin’s village because Julia and I had not gone yet (yes it took us a year). The Lion King was right, there are many warthogs to be found in Africa, especially Namibia. They are so ubiquitous you will see them racing across the road in a game of chicken with a car, scouring possible waterholes, and hanging out in the bush.
